Assembly

Upon request, we also offer the assembly of our LED modules. We will cut the LED modules to the desired length for you and solder the desired cable in your desired length with the matching connector system.

Besides the assembly of LED strips, we also offer customised assembly for our LED lighting profiles made of aluminium and plastic. Thanks to our state-of-the-art machinery, we are able to cut aluminium profiles as well as plastic profiles and plastic covers precisely to size. Due to the fact that we assemble the components in Germany, we are also able to carry out orders at short notice and on schedule.

Made in Germany, we build individual LED luminaires for you from our components (LED modules, profiles, covers, end caps). You choose the desired components for your application and we take care of the rest.

Besides the assembly of our LED modules, aluminium profiles, LED converters and controls, we offer you a customisation service.

Customisation

IP PROTECTION TYPE

In applications with special requirements for the protection class of the LED modules, we can also manufacture them in IP54, IP67, etc.

COLOUR TEMPERATURE/COLOUR

We also provide LED modules with a colour temperature or colour individually matched to your application.

PACKAGING

With pleasure we also adapt the packaging of our LED modules to your requirements, e.g. with individually printed sales boxes.

CABLES/CONNECTION SYSTEMS

For your application, we also assemble our LED modules with the right plug-in system and the right cable length.

IMPRINT

The LED PCBs can also be individually printed with your logo.

COLOUR RENDERING

While our LED modules are already supplied with a high colour rendering index of Ra>90, other CRI values are also available on request.

PRODUCT LABEL

In addition to customised packaging, we also apply your own product label to our LED modules.

BIN

Upon request, we will be happy to supply LED modules with your desired BIN.

LENGTH

Where technically feasible, we can supply you with our LED modules in the length of your choice.

Extensive ESD protection measures

Being a company certified according to DIN EN ISO 9001, we have more than 10 years of experience in handling ESD-sensitive components. To ensure consistently high quality for our customers, we have developed and implemented an extensive ESD control programme.

Thus we guarantee the following implementations:

  • regular training of employees on the subject of ESD protection measures
  • suitable ESD systems for packaging, transport and storage of ESD-sensitive components
  • ESD labelling
  • Compliance with standardised EPA requirements
